No, the app is free to download and use. The user (stranded motorist) only pays for the repair, collision, mechanical work or light service provided by the RoadTrust accredited partner.
Yes, a shop can download and distribute the app to as many employees internally as they like.
Yes, you can but you will have to get consent from the customer that it is okay to use their feedback as a testimonial. RoadTrust can help in this process if needed (as Roadtrust checks with each satisfied customer for your CSI report.)
