Is the RoadTrust app available as a desktop version?

The app is currently available only through a smart phone. The customer and repair shop will have to download the app on their mobile phone.

Does the user have to pay anything to use the app?

No, the app is free to download and use. The user (stranded motorist) only pays for the repair, collision, mechanical work or light service provided by the RoadTrust accredited partner.

Can a shop download the app multiple times?

Yes, a shop can download and distribute the app to as many employees internally as they like.

Will I be able to use the customer feedback received through the app for testimonials?

Yes, you can but you will have to get consent from the customer that it is okay to use their feedback as a testimonial. RoadTrust can help in this process if needed (as RoadTrust checks with each satisfied customer for your CSI report.)
